•     To co-ordinate and administer all sporting activities and to increase

        the levels of participation of members in sport and recreation within

        the club.

•     To provide and develop opportunities for the development of ‘life skills’

        through sport for members within the club.

•     To raise the standard of performance of USCA in order to become the

        leading sport in Pennsylvania and throughout North America.

•     To represent the views and interests of its members.

•     To encourage sports ideals (sportsmanship).

•     To foster unity and brotherhood to the members of USCA.

•     To be the voice of active, non active, and student members.

•     To facilitate participation, development, and performance of USCA

       in sports.

•     To build unity through sports.
